What is the Telosa Donations Program?

For over 20 years, Telosa Software has been helping nonprofits spend more time building donor relationships and maximising their fundraising efforts. We are passionate about delivering affordable, easy-to-use fundraising software and information management solutions that empower nonprofits to focus on and achieve their respective missions and fundraising goals.

Ordering

How many products can I request?

Eligible organisations may request up to a single donation within a fiscal year (1st July to 30th June). For information on placing an order, please see Placing an Order FAQs.

Processing

How soon will we receive the donation?

Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time for licence requests is up to 14 days.

Support

What should I do if I require support?

Telosa does not provide free technical support for its discounted product but will provide technical support packages at a special price for Techsoup New Zealand customers.

Licence Renewals

What should I do if I need to renew my licences?

Your renewal is not required. The licences are yours to use in perpetuity.

Refunds & Returns

What should I do if I want to return my order?

Returns cannot be accepted for this donation programme. Downloaded products cannot be exchanged or refunded. We must consider these installed and in use as soon as the request is approved and the administrative fee is received.
