General
What is the GiftWorks Program?
GiftWorks is an innovative software company dedicated to building simple, powerful, high-quality software. GiftWorks embraces sustainable business practices and thrives on its passion to support the missions of nonprofits. GiftWorks is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania (USA), and is proud to partner with Techsoup New Zealand in delivering quality products to the New Zealand nonprofit community.
GiftWorks fundraising and donor management software is designed specifically for the needs of nonprofits. Because fundraising software has traditionally been prohibitively expensive and out of reach for small nonprofits, GiftWorks has sought to change that paradigm by offering smaller nonprofits a low-cost, yet highly sophisticated database fundraising tool. This donation, along with GiftWorks' affordable discount offering, ensures that nonprofits of all sizes and all budgets can have the tools they need to do their critical work more effectively.

Once your order has been accepted and processed, the normal turnaround time is up to 10 days. An email will be sent from our fulfillment team to the registered organisation email address containing download instructions and an activation key.
Support
What should I do if I require support?
The GiftWorks Product Support page provides manuals, a knowledge base, moderated user forums, and email support for all registered users. Telephone support is also available for an additional fee, however, it should be noted that this is only available between 8am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time (US).
If you require local support, you may wish to contact one of our GiftWorks Consultant Partners
in Australia (please note you must select and country and state on this
page); Consultant Partners offer a varied range of services; typically,
GiftWorks Consultants are able to assist with the initial customisation
and set-up of your database, transfer of existing data, training and
support.

Your renewal is not required. The licences are yours to use in perpetuity.
