Microsoft System Center Essentials Plus 2010 Server ML Suite (Includes Software Assurance)

This
server management license (ML) suite allows one server device on which
managed operating system environments (OSEs) run to be managed by both
System Center Essentials 2010 and System Center Data Protection Manager
2010. The managed server may run any number of server OSEs, up to the
technical limit of 50.

Client ML
suites are also available. A client ML suite is required for each
nonserver device managed by both System Center Essentials 2010 and
System Center Data Protection Manager 2010.

Note:This license does not require media, license keys, or setup codes.

Software Assurance: Under
the Software Assurance program, you have the right to install any new
release of products covered in the agreement during the term of your
coverage.
