Items Shipped From TechSoup New Zealand
When your shipment arrives, before opening the manufacturer packaging, please examine the contents of the box to make sure your order has been fulfilled correctly.
If you have any questions about the items in your shipment, or if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@techsoup.net.nz
- If you have received a product you did not order, we will gladly pay the return shipping cost and send the correct item(s), providing the product is still in its sealed manufacturer's packaging.
- If an item is damaged, or you believe it to be defective, we will work with you to determine the nature of the problem. The product will be tested on-site, and if it is determined to be unusable, we will be happy to issue a replacement.
- If you wish to return one or more items for any other reason, you may do so, but items should be returned within 90 days of delivery, and should be in their original condition with the manufacturer's packaging intact.
*** Items ordered through the Microsoft Donation Program are subject to special return guidelines.
When returning products, package items securely in a sturdy shipping box. Please be sure to enclose a note that references your order number and describes the reason for return, and mail to:

Refunds will be issued via Paypal.. Refunds are processed within approximately 10-15 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item originally ordered for a product that carries the same administrative fee, we will simply send out the preferred product once the original item has been returned to inventory.
If the item you wish to exchange carries an administrative fee that is different from the product you prefer, you will need to return the original item for a refund, then order the second product separately. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply credit to new orders at this time.

Downloaded Products
If you wish to return a downloaded product, please contact support@techsoup.net.nz. We will need to contact the vendor to arrange for termination of access before a refund can be issued.
Microsoft Software Donation Program Returns
If you wish to return one or more items received through the Microsoft Software Donation Program, the entire order should be returned to TechSoup New Zealand. Microsoft returns can only be accepted providing media disks are in their original, unopened packaging, and none of the software has been installed.
Please notify support@techsoup.net.nz of the impending return. Once all items in the original order have been received, your refund will be processed. In the case where you wish to place a revised order, we will notify you when your account has been reset.

Please note: To receive a refund on products ordered through the Microsoft Software Donation Program, items need to be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Please allow approximately 10-15 business days for refund processing and for the ordering limits on your account to be reset.
