It's always been our goal to make sure as many charitable organisations in New Zealand are not falling behind in IT needs, and also spending money on where it matters and not getting caught up in the cost of technology. It is with great gladness to say thank you to all the charitable organisations that have allowed us to assist them this past financial year. This year we also welcomed over 900 new charitable organisations to the TechSoup New Zealand community. As the community grows, this gives us all the opportunity to connect with other like minded people to exchange stories, ideas and encourage each other in using technology to make a difference. 

It's also great to have the leading IT companies also on the same page about using technology to make a difference. We would like to say a huge thank you to all our donations and discount partners such as Microsoft, Symantec, Calxa, MYOB and many, many more who are invested in seeing change happen and their technology playing its role in that! Without these partners, our program would not exist.

This past financial year through our donations program our product partners have generously donated close to $7 million worth of software and hardware to over 2000 not-for-profit organisations around New Zealand. These donations products have allowed organisations to use the latest technology at a fraction of the price, in turn providing better service to the community.

We look forward to the next 12 months as we continue to play a part in making a difference in our communities by connecting charitable organisations to technology products, services and people to unleash the power of the sector.
