What is my organisations annual operating budget?

Your annual operating budget is the amount it costs your
organisation to operate for the year. It represents the annual expenses reported in your
last financial year audited financial report which includes wages, utilities, rent,
insurance, travel etc.

Your declared annual operating budget should not include:

What can I do if I don't receive the validation email after registering?

If you don't receive the validation email after submitting your
registration then send an email to support@techsoup.net.nz from the
email account you registered, with the subject ''email validation''

Why do I have to register my organisation to obtain products from TechSoup New Zealand?

The primary reason we ask you to register is to ensure that the people
we serve are obtaining products for valid New Zealand nonprofit
organisations.

How can I check if my organisation is registered with TechSoup New Zealand?

Please contact us to find out whether or not your
organisation is registered with TechSoup New Zealand supplying your organisation's Charities Register Number.

We will be able to advise you if your organisation is already registered via
return email as well as your eligibility status on request.

 

What do I do if I forget my TechSoup New Zealand log in details?

To receive a reminder about your TechSoup New Zealand username and password, go to the Password Reminder Page
and in the space provided enter the e-mail address you used when you
registered with TechSoup New Zealand. The system will look up the username and
password associated with the e-mail address you have entered.

If you have multiple accounts under the e-mail address you entered, you
will be asked to choose the account to which you would like the
reminder sent. 

Can I access my account if the registered contact person is no longer with our organisation?

Yes. However we can only send log in details to registered email addresses we have for a registered organisation

If you are not a registered contact person and you wish to obtain login
details you may request your login details by formally updating your organisation’s profile with TechSoup New Zealand via email.

Can login details be sent to non-registered contact people?

No. We can only send usernames to registered contact email addresses for any
registered organisation.
