Polycom CX7000 is a unified collaboration room system optimised for Microsoft Lync, and provides users with Lync functions such as presence, IM, online meetings or content collaboration based on Polycom’s video conference experience in a single plug and play system. Straightforward and familiar Lync controls for meeting chairpersons allow participants to be easily managed, added or removed. Full integration into Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Exchange considerably simplifies planning and participation in conferences.

The Cisco CP-7961 6-line IP Phone provides small, medium and enterprise customers with advanced features and solid stability. The CP-7961 includes a large pixel based LCD display, full duplex speakerphone and an internal Cisco Ethernet switch.

The Polycom SoundStation 2 is a premier, top of the line conference phone. The SoundStation 2 is an analog conference phone, requiring an analog (FXS) port for its use. The SoundStation 2 is an updated version, providing an improved full duplex speakerphone for natural conversations. The microphones in the conference phone are now 50% more sensitive while featuring dynamic noise reduction. The 2201-16000-601 is the top level SoundStation 2 conference phone for Polycom. This phone has a built in LCD screen that can display caller ID, digits dialed, and provides access to a built in phone book. The Toshiba DP5122-SD is a digital telephone designed for the Toshiba CIX line of phone systems. The DP5122-SD features 10 programmable buttons, and has a half duplex speakerphone. A built in backlit display is the highlight of the phone with 4 lines by 24 characters. The programmable buttons have dual colored LED indicators built into the buttons to alert users to the status of lines, extensions, status groups, or other feature keys. Four soft keys are also included for dynamic access to commonly used features on the Toshiba DP5122-SD. The stand of the phone is adjustable, allowing users to adjust the angle of their phone. A headset jack has been built into the Toshiba DP5122-SD for handsfree communication.
