The Polycom HDX 4500 desktop video conferencing equipment is the big brother of Polycom HDX 4002, it comes with a larger 24” LCD display. Because of its bigger screen, the 4500 unit can sometimes be used for 2 person small group meeting as well. Like the HDX 4002 unit, 4500 model comes integrated with everything you need for video conferencing. It is an All-In-One unit that you can place on your work-desk which can also double up as a computer monitor. The Polycom HDX 4500 personal telepresence system is equipped with full-HD (1080p) camera and LCD monitor. Your face-to-face video communications are delivered in ultra-realistic and life-like video quality. A unique feature of the HDX 4500 model is the detachable and easy-to-use control keypad. It brings control closer to the user so you can sit back comfortably while able to control all aspects of the system.

The Toshiba DP5122-SD is a digital telephone designed for the Toshiba CIX line of phone systems. The DP5122-SD features 10 programmable buttons, and has a half duplex speakerphone. A built in backlit display is the highlight of the phone with 4 lines by 24 characters. The programmable buttons have dual colored LED indicators built into the buttons to alert users to the status of lines, extensions, status groups, or other feature keys. Four soft keys are also included for dynamic access to commonly used features on the Toshiba DP5122-SD. The stand of the phone is adjustable, allowing users to adjust the angle of their phone. A headset jack has been built into the Toshiba DP5122-SD for handsfree communication.
