The Dynamics 365 for Customer Service (On-Premises) user CAL provides a user with access to the customer service application in Dynamics 365 (On-Premises) Server from any device. A Skype for Business Server Enterprise device client access license (CAL) can be used only in conjunction with a Skype for Business Server Standard device CAL.
