Should your organization initiate a new program? Rather than resort to using telepathic powers or mind reading, an online survey is a powerful research tool that can deliver the feedback you need. Paper-based surveys are often too costly and time-consuming to administer, but online surveys make it easy for any organization to get feedback on the cheap.

  • TechSoup New Zealand Microsoft admin fee price rise Because we knew many of the nonprofits we serve planned to request product donations in-line with our fiscal year end cycle (which runs from July 1 through June 30), we held admin fees at the current levels until July 1, 2010.  However:

Microsoft and TechSoup New Zealand were among the nominees for this year's Collaboration in Communities Award.
  • For well over 10 years we’ve been making 1,000 calls a day using a paper-based system. Whilst it was obvious that an IT system would improve our efficiency, we did not feel that using our donors’ money to fund such a system was as important as getting our programmes into more schools to support kids in need.
