About the presenter - Kirsty Wallett
Kirsty Wallett is a social media and digital marketing specialist with 11 years experience in the media, marketing and communications industries.
Kirsty is the founder of K.Franc Social, a digital marketing, social media and public relations consultancy. Kirsty started her career as a radio journalist at Sydney's Radio 2UE, Canberra's 2CA, and SeaFM and GoldFM on the Gold Coast, before specialising in public relations, marketing and social media.
Kirsty has worked for a range of commercial, government and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and Asia, including online travel company Wotif.com, the Queensland Police Service, RACQ CareFlight and Alzheimer's Australia. Across these organisations Kirsty has managed the marketing and social media strategy for large online communities of more than 150,000.
Kirsty's passion lies as a social media marketing specialist, consulting to not-for-profit organisations and SMEs. She thrives on empowering these organisations to kick start their online marketing and social media presence, target limited resources and create highly-engaged online communities to reach their organisational goals and fulfil their missions.
