Webinar recording: How to choose software
These days there is a bewildering array of software available for almost every possible need. Never has the choice been greater. On the face of it this is a good thing but with so many systems available it is very easy to make the wrong decision. Make the wrong decision, choose an inappropriate system, and you could be wasting large amounts of money and staff time and you could even end up with a demoralised workforce who dread coming to work.
So how do you choose the best system for your particular organisation? Do you get a recommendation from others, search the web and buy what seems to be most popular? Or attend an exhibition and buy what looks nice?
No - you must adopt a logical, step-by-step and comprehensive process. By all means get recommendations, do a web search, attend exhibitions and advertise, but then put the systems you find on a list to be analysed thoroughly through a step-by-step process that will be covered in this presentation.
This webinar will describe the 10 essential tasks that you must carry out when setting out to choose a software system. These tasks are the same irrespective of the software you are searching for or the size of your organisation. The only difference is the level of detail that you go to. Neglecting any of these tasks could lead to an inappropriate purchase and an enormous waste of hard-earned funds.
