Webinar recording: Recruiting and managing volunteers
Volunteers are important partners to any not-for-profit organisation. They serve by contributing time, talent or treasure. Volunteers can also share their experiences and create a positive word of mouth in the community for your organisation.
As they are a valuable resource to the organisation, you need to make sure you recruit the right volunteers and have the right strategies to retain them.
This presentation will provide an introduction to volunteer recruitment and management. It will equip you to identify actions in the development of the detailed volunteer management action plan for your not-for-profit organisation and to improve an existing or start-up program.
Key learning outcomes:

- Recruitment, selection and orientation
- Service delivery and performance management
