About the presenter: Kirsty Wallett Kirsty Wallett is a social media and digital marketing specialist with more than 10 years experience in the media, marketing and communications industries. Kirsty is the founder of K.Franc Social, a digital marketing, social media and public relations consultancy. Kirsty started her career as a radio journalist at Sydney's Radio 2UE, Canberra's 2CA and the Austereo Network on the Gold Coast, before specialising in social media and marketing. Kirsty has worked for a range of commercial, government and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and Asia, including online travel company Wotif.com, the Queensland Police Service, RACQ CareFlight and Alzheimer's Australia. Across these organisations Kirsty has managed the marketing and social media strategy for large online communities of more than 150,000. Kirsty's passion lies as a social media marketing and PR specialist, consulting to not-for-profit organisations and SMEs.
