Connecting Communities will showcase the important role that technology plays for today's New Zealand nonprofits, charities and community organisations.
You can attend either at Christchurch on Thursday 29 February or in Wellington on Monday 5 March.
This free, one day event brings together a range of leading presenters from community organisations as well as Microsoft to bring you a range of relevant topics:
- What's cloud computing?
- Is it right for you?
- How do you use social media well?
- Do you need a Client Relationship Management tool?
- How can you get more out of your IT investment?
- What do you need to buy and how do you choose it?
Sound familiar?
These questions are frequently asked by many nonprofit and community groups as they face the growing demands on them from reduced funding, limited resources and usually inadequate IT systems.
If you're keen to find out more about what technology can offer you, check out the event sites and register:

- Wellington: http://ccwellington.eventbrite.com.au/
You can also choose and register for one of four workshops to be run concurrently on the day.
Numbers are limited with a maximum of two per organisation registering.
So be in today to be sure of a place or pass this onto a friend or colleague you think might be interested.
