Sorcha Rochford, Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships

Sorcha is the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships at NationBuilder. She manages customer relationships and strategic partnerships for a host of the most influential political, brand, and non-profit organizations around the globe. She is a political strategy leader, committed to building community in an effort to develop more effective leaders from all walks of life.

Prior to joining NationBuilder, Sorcha worked as a Senior Associate of Dewey Square Group where she developed and managed grassroots organizations for a variety of candidates, ballot initiatives, businesses, and non-profits. Sorcha has also served as a political advisor on a number of federal, state and municipal campaigns across New England.


Kate vanderVoort, Founder and CEO, Social Mediology

Kate vanderVoort is Founder and CEO of Social Mediology and host of the Social Lights Podcast. She has worked with over 3000 businesses and not for profits on social media strategy and implementation across every industry. With more than 12 years specialising in growing and activating customer and cause communities, she is a highly sought-after conference speaker and trainer both in Australia and internationally.

Kate has been named a Digital Community Champion by the Queensland State Government and is a Lead Trainer for the Facebook Community Manager Certification. She is passionate about helping not for profits and community groups understand and implement social media strategy and to help them grow and activate communities that take action.

 


Yvette Adams, Director, Creative Collective

Yvette Adams is a multi-award winning business woman who has started six businesses, has sold two, acquired one, and currently runs three - The Creative Collective - a digital marketing agency specialising in social media; The Training Collective - a digital skills training organisation, and awardshub.com - an online portal which helps people find business awards to enter. In 2018 she began working with Connecting Up and TechSoup - Australia and New Zealand’s leading not-for-profit dedicated to using technology to improve the lives of people experiencing disadvantage and the organisations that support them as their conference keynote speaker. In her past life she was a journalist and magazine editor and is now a sought-after international speaker and not-for-profit trainer.
