Quantity: Organizations may request up to three products within the lifetime of the organization.
Budget:
Organizations with annual operating budgets of $1 million or less are eligible for Notion for Smaller Organizations.
Organizations with annual operating budgets greater than $1 million are eligible for Notion for Larger Organizations.
Nonprofits and libraries only: Products in this program are available only to qualifying nonprofits and to public libraries .
Organization types: Hospitals and hospital auxiliaries are not eligible.
Terms of service: Organizations must agree to any applicable terms of service.
Anti-discrimination policy: Notion is an equal opportunity organization and will not allow discrimination based on age, ethnicity, ancestry, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or any other status prohibited by applicable law are not eligible. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds. External evidence, such as negative publicity or social media, that reveals such discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful or bullying behavior, as determined by Notion in its sole discretion, may be taken into consideration. Notion reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Case study: Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to Notion for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial.
Product distribution:
Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell Notion products.
