James has over 4 years’ experience in the not for profit sector across a variety of organisations including the community and children’s services sectors. Through his roles as a project manager, consultant, trainer and engineer, James brings experience in cloud systems, desktop management, system selection, stakeholder engagement and strategy development.
James has recently:
- provided direct IT support to over 50 community organisations
- facilitated workshops and delivered training to staff of community organisations on various technologies including Windows, Microsoft Office and Office 365
- developed hardware strategies and replacements plans for various organisations
- managed hardware upgrade projects for many NFP organisations
- undertaken Digital Capability Assessments for several community organisations of various sizes
- managed projects to implement new technologies including helping people move to the cloud
