As we are aware, the digital space is rapidly growing every day and with so many new mediums or communication, how does one manage their time and their brand online? How can we effectively and efficiently communicate with our community online? Let’s try to help make life easier with some great online tools that help make managing multiple channels that little bit easier!
Speaker biography:
14+ years experience, working with over 300 projects with small business, corporates and not-for-profits. After so many years being on the agency side, Rodney has now moved to the client side and looks forward to assisting organisations in this challenging and forever changing online landscape.

We will be using practical, hands-on examples of how TRI and our clients use these tools: what, why and how.

Speaker biography:
Anne-Maree Kerr is the IT Training Coordinator at TRI Community Exchange Inc. She runs a wide variety of workshops and one-on-one training at TRI, including social media, Microsoft Office and more.
Silvia Bethencourt is the Community Information Coordinator at TRI Community Exchange Inc. She manages TRI’s social media accounts and is the website content manager for communityNet, TRI’s news, information and resources website for the not-for-profit sector.
