Please allow ~4-6 weeks to dispatch from Australia for quality control. Only 4 devices per customer may be shipped each day, so orders placed for more than 4 devices will be shipped over multiple days.
Products containing Lithium-Ion batteries (laptops and smartphones) are subject to extra safety requirements and are experiencing further delays.
If you are ordering a device that does not include a Windows 11 licence as standard, please check Microsoft's minimum system requirements to confirm if it can be upgraded later should you wish to do so.

HPE's MSA P2000 Family of storage arrays features P2000 G3 arrays with the latest 8 GB Fibre Channel, 6 GB SAS, 10GbE iSCSI connected models, and an iSCSI model with four 1 GB iSCSI ports per controller. The arrays are designed for entry-level customers and feature the latest in functionality and host-connect technology while offering excellent price/performance. They are ideal for companies with small budgets or limited IT expertise, and also larger companies with departmental or remote requirements. Each solution is designed to be easy to deploy, to be secure, along with low management costs, while driving rapid return on investment through efficient storage consolidation.
The MSA P2000 G3 arrays are 2U storage area network (SAN) or direct connect solutions (OS and protocol dependent) offering a choice of five controllers -two FC, one SAS, one 10GbE iSCSI and the newest model features a four port 1 GB iSCSI. The first Fibre Channel controller is a high-performance, 8 GB dual port model. The second offering is a unique dual-purpose Combo controller with two 8 GB Fibre Channel ports with the addition of two 1GbE iSCSI ports. The third controller choice is 6Gb SAS with four ports per controller. There is also the addition of a two port 10 GB iSCSI, while the latest controller introduction features four 1 GB iSCSI ports per controller. Whatever the situation calls for, the P2000 G3 line-up has the right solution.
The dual-protocol MSA P2000 G3 MSA FC/iSCSI Combo Controller gives exceptional flexibility. The 8 GB FC ports support a full FC SAN while the two 1GbE iSCSI ports can serve two purposes. With this combination you can economically share the array storage resource with a smaller department accessing it over iSCSI or enable the new optional Remote Snap functionality over iSCSI protocol (also available over FC).

Refurbished Computers - Cosmetic Grading Guide
Our supplier's refurbished hardware is typically graded either "Excellent" or "Good", however, some legacy products were graded under a letter grading system (A, B, C). Please find the definitions for each grade below and contact us if you're uncertain of a device's grade.
Used Smartphone / Refurbished Mobile Phones
"Excellent" Grade
Devices in this category appear like new, with very minor wear. Expect light or fine scratches on the screen that are shallow enough not to catch on a fingernail. The edge around the glass is virtually flawless, save for possible light scratching around the power port. The back plate may show light/fine scratches, including on the Apple logo, with any discoloration being minimal.
"Good" Grade
These devices are characterized by being fully tested and functional even if they have body scratches, minor paint chips, or a small hairline crack on the screen. Screens are free from dead pixels but may exhibit slight scratching from moderate use.
Refurbished Desktops, Laptops and Monitors
"Excellent" Grade - Laptops
Reserved for units that show barely any signs of previous use, these laptops may exhibit very minor scuffing or abrasions, associated only with minimal standard use. The keyboards show light wear, and importantly, the screens are pristine, free from any scratches, cracks, chips, dead pixels, dark spots, discoloration, or blemishes.
"Excellent" Grade - Desktops
Desktop PCs in the "Excellent" grade category are free from deep scratches, cracks, paint chips, or any broken/missing pieces, ensuring a sleek and almost-new aesthetic.
"Excellent" Grade - Monitors
"Excellent" grade monitors are for those who expect a display showing very little to no signs of previous use. With minimal scuffing or abrasions on the housing/frame and no imperfections on the screen, these units offer an almost-new viewing experience.
"Good" Grade - Laptops
"Good" grade laptops are fully functional but come with signs of more extensive use compared to Excellent grade units. This includes scratches on the laptop body, heavier wear on keyboards, and possible small dents or paint chips. Screens may show uneven light diffusion and subtle blemishes but no cracks.
"Good" Grade - Desktops
Similar to laptops, "Good" grade desktops may exhibit light scratches and more noticeable wear on the case compared to "Excellent" grade PCs. Small dings or paint chips might be present but do not affect functionality.
"Good" Grade - Monitors
Displays in the "Good" grade have been fully tested and are functional but may include body scratches, minor cracks, or a loose/wobbly base. Screens could display uneven light diffusion and moderate blemishes but remain free from cracks.
