TechSoup New Zealand (Connecting Up) is fully integrated into the Infoxchange organisation
On 30 November 2018, Infoxchange became the sole member of Connecting Up Inc (trading in New Zealand as TechSoup New Zealand), with a view to the parties completing a full merger in the future to obtain all of the benefits of consolidating the two entities into one.
As of 1 July 2022, Connecting Up is no longer a separate entity and is now formally part of Infoxchange. This means that all Connecting Up programs, online learning, events (including the Connecting Up Conference), TechSoup New Zealand and SAcommunity will now operate under the Infoxchange entity as "powered by Infoxchange". All Connecting Up's assets, operations, rights and liabilities were automatically transferred to Infoxchange on 30 June 2022.
Moving forward, Connecting Up will be using the Infoxchange ABN and account details as listed below.
